Conditions of Sale

Our goods are sold and any goods accepted by us are subject to the following conditions:

(1) goods supplied by us shall unless otherwise agreed remain our property until all debts owing to us or to be created in the future and arising from the business connection with the purchaser have been paid in full.

(2) all goods should be examined on delivery and any loss or damage noted on the delivery note and the carriers notified in writing on the same day. Claims cannot be entertained unless (1) in the case of loss or damage we are advised within three days from the date of delivery and (2) in the case of non-delivery or delay in delivery we are advised within five days of date of dispatch.

(3) in addition to any right of lien to which we may by law be entitled we shall be entitled to a general lien on all goods in our possession for the unpaid price of any other goods sold and delivered by us under the same of any contracts and also for all and any expenses and charges of any nature arising out of our business.

(4) no condition is made or to be implied nor is any warranty given or to be implied as to the life or wear of the goods supplied or that they will be suitable for any particular purpose or for use under any specific conditions, notwithstanding that such purposes or conditions may be known or made known.
